Fares shown are available at delta.com. Tickets cost $25 more if purchased from Delta over the phone, $35 more at a Delta ticket counter or ticket office, and these amounts are nonrefundable. Tickets are non-transferable. Seats are limited.

TICKETS

Detroit to Beijing/Shanghai: Tickets must be purchased at least 7 days prior to departure, but no later than November 5, 2012.

Detroit to Tokyo-Narita: Tickets must be purchased at least 50 days prior to departure, but no later than November 5, 2012.

New York-Kennedy to Tokyo-Narita: Tickets must be purchased at least 3 days prior to departure, but no later than November 5, 2012.

Seattle to Beijing: Tickets must be purchased at least 60 days prior to departure, but no later than November 5, 2012.

All other travel: Tickets must be purchased no later than November 5, 2012.

TRAVEL PERIOD

Detroit to Beijing/Shanghai: From Detroit travel may begin November 5 - November 29, 2012 or February 8 - March 7, 2013. To Detroit travel may begin November 9 - December 26, 2012 or February 12 - March 14, 2013, and all travel must be completed on or before August 13, 2013. 

Detroit to Tokyo-Narita: Travel may begin December 26 - January 1, 2013 or January 7 - April 24, 2013, and all travel must be completed by September 23, 2013.

New York-Kennedy to Tokyo-Narita: Travel may begin November 5 - December 6, 2012, December 25 - January 1, 2013, or January 7 - April 24, 2013, and all travel must be completed by September 23, 2013.

Seattle to Beijing: Travel may begin January 5, 2012 - April 12, 2013, and all travel must be completed on or before June 11, 2013.

Seattle to Osaka: Travel may begin November 5 - December 6, 2012, and all travel must be completed on or before February 4, 2013.

BLACKOUT DATES

Beijing to Detroit: Travel is not permitted January 2- 19, 2013.

Beijing to Seattle: Travel is not permitted December 31, 2012 - January 21, 2013.

Shanghai to Detroit: Travel is not permitted January 3- 10, 2013.

Tokyo-Narita to Detroit: Travel is not permitted December 28, 2012 - January 13, 2013.

Tokyo-Narita to New York-Kennedy: Travel is not permitted December 27, 2012 - January 8, 2013.

FARE VALIDITY

Fares are valid in the Economy cabin on Delta non-stop flights, certain SkyTeam partners, and certain codeshare partner flights only. Fares shown are valid Monday-Thursday, while higher fares apply for travel Friday-Sunday.

MINIMUM STAY

Detroit to Beijing/Shanghai, New York-Kennedy to Tokyo-Narita and Seattle to Osaka: 3 days.

Detroit to Tokyo-Narita: 14 days.

Seattle to Beijing: 6 days.

MAXIMUM STAY

Detroit to Beijing/Shanghai: 6 months.

Detroit/New York-Kennedy to Tokyo-Narita: 6 months.

Seattle to Beijing/Osaka: 3 months.

BAGGAGE CHARGES

For travel between United States/Canada/PR/U.S. Virgin Islands/South America (except Brazil) and Asia (except Japan and the Philippines) and Oceania, 60USD/CAD1 fee for second checked bag when bags are prepaid during online check-in at delta.com2 (75 USD/CAD1 fee for the second bag, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside). For travel within/between Asia (except Japan to/from Guam/Saipan/Palau and the Philippines), $40 USD/CAD1 fee for second checked bag. Allowances subject to size/weight limits.
